INCLUSIONS
Wedding Celebrant
- Initial meeting (either face to face or via Zoom)
- Wedding planning kit to help you plan your perfect ceremony
- If you choose a beach wedding, we will complete the extensive GCCC paperwork to book it.
- If you choose a Gold Coast park wedding we will fill out the GCCC permit paperwork for you, but paying the park wedding permit fee is your responsibility. GCCC park wedding permits vary in cost but currently the range is from $124-$320 (as of August 2024)
- Conduct the ceremony on the day
- High quality PA system so all guests can hear the ceremony (not included in JUST US package)
- Blue-tooth speaker to play all music required for your ceremony
- A memento marriage certificate
- Completion of all legal documentation and Lodgement to the Births, Deaths & Marriages office in Qld or NSW.
- Assistance with helping to change your name after the ceremony (if you opt to take your fiancees’ surname)
- Unlimited communication in the planning and lead up to the ceremony
Wedding Styling
- Wedding arch or arbour with drapes and silk or dried flowers that can match any colour theme you request (fresh flowers are optional and price is POA).
- Up to 20 guests chairs (NOTE: only 10 chairs are allowed on the beach if you choose a beach wedding as per GCCC regulations)
- Signing table and two chairs
- Aisle runner/mat
Wedding Photography
Expert photography covering all of the items listed below:
- Reception table styling (included in “intimate bliss” package or as an extra to other package )
- Brides’ arrival / aisle walk.
- Ceremony
- Post-ceremony with guests
- Wedding party
- Married couple portraits
- Confetti pic (I provide beach friendly confetti. Enough for a confetti pic )
- Some sneak peeks within 24 hours
- USB of images to keep.
- USB hand delivered to their door if GC by me, or mailed via express service.
- A small selection of complimentary random 6×4 inch prints
- Complimentary 1 minute reel for Instagram, filmed on Rebecca’s phone (not included in JUST US package)
