Secret Elopement Spot, Broadbeach
Most private spot for an intimate beach ceremony. Located up on the dunes providing shade while still having an amazing ocean backdrop. Perfect for up to 20 guests. Can fit 30 but it gets a little squishy.
Perfect photo opportunities with iconic endless Gold Coast beach, dunes and highrises of Surfers Paradise.

The Spit, Main Beach
This location is perfect for someone who would like their fur family member accompany them at their beach ceremony off the leash as this beach is a dog friendly. There are no hotels or restaurants nearby, you will need a car.
SHERATON MIRAGE RESORT
Wonderful spot for someone who would prefer to be on a grass area while still having a feel of being on the beach as the stunning ocean backdrop is right behind you.
If you prefer to be on the sand, that’s not a problem too, just walk down the beach via short beach access at the northern corner of the resort and your ceremony will be set up there for you.
Very convenient for couples traveling to the Gold Coast as they can stay at the resort with their guests and just walk down to the ceremony. Reception can be held at the resort or in any of many great restaurants across the road in the marina.
In case of rainy day, we can hold a ceremony in your room at the resort, or at the Broadwater Rotary Chapel (additional fee applies) or, if it’s just the two of you, there is a little cute gazebo in the grounds of the resort by the pool. Undercover rotunda at Cascade Gardens is also a great option for plan B as it is only a short drive away.
NORTH BURLEIGH BEACH
Perfect beach location providing some privacy as it is the end part of the beach and great photo opportunities with the moody rocks and crashing waves. Easy access and parking.
Reception can be held in some of the great restaurants at Burleigh such as The Tropic, Rick Shores or across the road at Burleigh Heads.
LEN WORT PARK, CURRUMBIM
This is a lovely park location with beach and ocean right behind although is little more protected from the winds. Great photo opportunities with iconic endless Gold Coast beach (it is quite empty in this part of the coast especially during the week), sandy dunes and some rocks on the beach. Easy access via concrete path and flat grass, shade for the guests under panda trees while they are waiting, plenty of parking.
FLAT ROCK, CURRUMBIN
Wonderful beach spot with quite easy access and parking, lots of privacy at this part of the coast. Great photo opportunities with iconic Gold Coast endless beach, rocks (small rocks at the location or 5 min walk along the beach to Elephant Rock for bigger rocks).
Reception options at Currumbin restaurants or short drive to Palm Beach. Palm Beach SLSC is a great option with option of styled table in their outdoor area right near the beach with ocean view.
FROGGIES BEACH, Coolangatta
The most private beach cove you can find on the coast, surrounded by the mighty rocks on three sides it provides great protection from most of the winds, amazing photo opportunities with rocks, crashing waves and open beach just around the corner at Snapper Rocks. Parking get a little tricky if the surf is good as Snapper Rocks is a very popular surf spot. Although on the higher side there are quite a few little adjacent streets where guests can find a park. Walking down the aisle us also stunning at this spot with you arriving through pandana trees down the ramp or stairs.
Reception options close by – Ancora venue, restaurants at Coolangatta, Greenmount SLSC, Twin Towns.
LOVERS ROCK PARK, DURANBAH BEACH
Stunning private location on the grass surrounded by ocean on two sides. Easy access and parking. Undercover areas with seats for guests to wait and hang out for drinks after the ceremony before heading off to reception. Great photo opportunities with rocks, crashing waves, open beach and pandanus trees.
Reception venu options close by – Ancora, Restaurants at Coolangatta, Greenmount SLSC, Twin Towns.

LONG TAN PARK
Magical rainforest feel park totally private with wonderful photo opportunities at the creek, bridge, paths and fenced fields at the adjacent property. Your can also go for a drive with Bec to get photos at the beach at Tugun which is only 20 minutes drive.
Reception can be held at the wedding venue across the road Sol Gardens or at any of the restaurants at Curumbin, Tugun or Palm Beach.
LITTLE CLAGIRABA RESERVE
Wonderful totally private spot at Gold Coast Hinterland, huge well-maintained park with endless open grassed field, mighty tall trees, creek down below with the rainforest feel.
Reception can be held at any restaurants of Main Beach or Surfers Paradise if you prefer a beachfront venue, otherwise Lower Beachmont, Advancetown, Nerang areas are the closest from the ceremony location.
GOLD COAST FARM HOUSE
A magical affordable venue which ticks every box. Hold your ceremony under a giant fig tree, photos in the beautiful endless fields with breathtaking mountain backdrop, by the lake on the pier, rustic swing under the tree. Enjoy the sunset cocktails with your guests on the front lawn. Have your reception dinner on the private balcony. Accommodation is also available on site.
